This is a very important mail! After reading, please pass on the message for your other squadmates to read.
Due to a sudden change of events, the collection for donation cards is going to be by next thursday, 5th August.
We're extremely sorry for such a sudden notice!
Please make sure you keep the money that you have collected carefully, as you are responsible for the money that you have collected.
To be more organised, you might want to keep the money collected in an envelope and state on it the total money you have gotten.
Note that you will have to hand in the money and your donation card directly to Mr Goh by next thursday so make sure that none of you are late.
You could do it on any time of the week as long as its by thursday.
To make Mr Goh's life easier, you might also want to meet him to hand in all the money and cards in a huge group so that he wouldn't have to collect various different cards from so many of you.
So yup, we wish you all the best in collecting more money!
