Those people who were listed please hand me the MCs or letters by next activity, which is after school reopens.
If you were overseas, please photocopy your passport as prove.
However, I need to know the reasons for the absentees now, so I/Cs of both squads, please collect the reasons for the absentees(indicate whether they are handing up letters or MCs) and send it to me by 3pm tomorrow, thank you.
Take note of what we have said today, please do not send it with this hotmail.
Also, for everyone, do try and give us your MCs or letters as early as possible next time, as being absent without a reason is considered as truancy and it is a serious offence.
One more thing, only 2 letters should be handed up per Term and the letter for this June holiday's activities will be counted as Term 2's.
Those who have read this mail, please pass the message to your squadmates/juniors, and do help your I/Cs with collating the info. Remember, all for one, one for all.
