Today’s lecture will be about what to do and what not to do during valentine day.

Firstly, choosing your valentine’s day date. Try to get somebody who at else has a basic fashion sense (girl with makeup all over and auntie clothes).

Avoid those who overdress or dresses like your grandmother.

(wears dress)

Also pick someone with a nice character

(bows and smiles)

Not someone who is grumpy.

(Ah lian behavior)

Next , choosing your valentine’s gift. It is important that you don’t be too stingy over the price of it. It will leave the impression that you are a scrooge.

( choose a leaf picked from the ground)

However, don’t be too generous with it.

( buy 999 stocks of roses, faints at the price)

Choosing your attire: Choose clothes that are attractive.

(Push down the sleeve, singlets)

But do not over do it. You do not want them to think you’re cheap

(Acceptable attire- Shirt and jeans)

Choosing your location: choosing your location is very important. It determines how successful you are on your date. Although coffee shops are cheap, they are not the most ideal places to go to.

(Shouts for kopi-o)

Do choose a quiet place for your dinner

(romantic candlelit dinner)

When requesting for a dance with your date, choose your dance wisely.

(Doing chicken dance)

But remember to practice it before hand

(keeps stepping on date’s toes)

Choose the menu wisely. Don’t choose the cheapest thing you can find on the menu

(chooses a bun only)

But don’t pile the plate up.

(Puts chicken, peas, eggs, etc.)

Engage conversations with your date, not leave her feeling awkward and left out.

(looks downs at plate and act shy. Very quiet)

But don’t overwhelm her too.

(Makes a lot of actions and acts like over talking)

Eat properly, you won’t want to embarrass yourself on this important night.

(slurps drinks, eats until the crumbs drops all over the place)

And lastly, never ever be late on valentine’s night as everything would go wrong after this.

(Boy spills juice on his shirt)

(Girl drops her food)

(About to hug, boy’s phone rings)

(Girl gets angry, starts scolding)

(Boy at a loss, don’t know what to do)

(Girl leaves, sobbing)

(Boy frustrated and had to pay the bill)

*The ending scene will be the boy holding up the bill(enlarged) and giving sad face

I hope you have learnt a valuable lesson today, about the do’s and don’ts on what to do during valentine’s day. This was brought to you by crescent red crossJ thank you.
