How long do you all need to finish the posters?
How hard is it to produce a souvenir that is up to standard?

None of the squads handed up the full number of things.
Sec 2s you all only handed up 17/54 of your posters. (less than one third of what you are supposed to do)
Sec 3s, only 27/48 of your posters.

Your reason was: Some people are not in school yet.
If you all were telling the truth, you can take the initiative to tell me that someone will collect everything and hand up after school. But none of you did.
None of you apologised for the shortage in number. (BASIC MANNERS)
None asked for time extension.
Is this what you call TAKING INITIATIVE?

Sec3s, you all said that amanda had the banners and souvenirs and she could not reach on time. Why didn't you ask me before hand regarding what time you have to hand it up? Did you just take it for granted that i want it in the afternoon? And why did amanda NOT KNOW about having to hand up at 715? You all told me that SHE WASNT IN SCHOOL, but she said she reached school at 645. I don't wish to hear anymore lies. I want to see more initiative from you all. SEC THREES ALREADY. You all are STEPPING UP. I cannot emphasize enough on how much you all need to WORK TOGETHER and BUCK UP.

Sec2s, how come only 17posters are handed up?!?! The posters are really not up to standard also! You all are sec2s already!! Your new sec ones will be watching you and this is the kind of standard you want to give?! Do you expect me to paste your posters around the school? Posters done in PENCIL. EMBLEMS IN WEIRD SHAPES. AND POSTERS WITH NOTHING BUT PLAIN WORDS? Please! I want to see standard! I do not wish to see such little effort put into doing the things.

I know that only a few sec1s are doing every single task that is given. And i know how freaking unfair it is to the few of you. How crazy and extremely tiring it is for those who slog their guts out trying to meet deadlines just to avoid scoldings. Especially to those who spent their entire holidays coming for practices and doing souvenirs/banners.

Those who did not contribute anything at all, you know who you are. I know who you are too. If you are still unwilling to hand up your posters or contribute to anything to red cross, i will talk to you personally.

This is all about teamwork. This cannot be a one/two/three man show because i can tell you that the few people doing the work by themselves will just DIE. Why can't you offer a helping hand and SHARE the workload? no one is asking you to do it alone. WORK TOGETHER! That is what squadmates are for! I cannot believe that you can actually just watch your squadmates suffer so much by doing everything themselves.
Sec2s, please help to encourage the less enthusiastic juniors.

Next thing. From now on, i hope that all of you can greet the NCOs loudly. Be it individually or as a group, I want to hear VOLUME. I don't wish to scold anyone because of the volume of greeting, much less see you try to run away and not greet. This should not be happening anymore.

Just to let you know.
I will be returning all your appraisals and ALOT of rejected posters. I want the posters to be re done and the appraisals to be STANDARDIZED. hand up by wednesday 3pm at 3G2 classroom. You all do not have to do any more extra posters due to handing up late, but i want to see really high standard for the remaining ones that you are handing up tomorrow. Those who are handing up tomorrow, i want every single thing by assembly. This time if anyone is late, you all will get it from me.
If you have any questions regarding the standardization of appraisals, ASK!

I hope i make this clear enough.

Regards,
Siying.
