Cadets,

as the new sec ones will be coming in soon, we will be having the annual CCA Open House.

These are what you have to do:
Per squad: 1. 2 types of souvenirs, 80 each
2. 1 banner (do let us know your banner length and width before purchasing)
Per person: 2 posters (for pasting around the school)
*If the squad has 18 people, make sure 36 posters are handed up by hook or by crook. Not one less.

All of the above is exclusive of your Camp punishments.

Do try to use your own materials for everything (except banner). Should you need to purchase anything, do let us know before you buy. There will be a given budget for each squad. We will inform you about that later on.

Everything is to be handed in by 4 Jan 2009. No extension or excuses allowed. Should there be a need for extension in any case, the number of souvenirs and posters will be increased.

This can be done and achieved easily as long as the whole squad cooperates. It will be really painful and torturous if only a few people put in the effort. So please, help your squadmates! Take the time to bond.

The banner, souvenirs and posters are supposed to be a form of promoting red cross to the new sec ones. We need many people to join next year! Sec 2s, please guide your Sec 1s. Therefore, put in your best effort in the making of the items. We expect to see quality work. Any low standard work will be rejected and it will result in dire consequences.
